SD Body Fixed-Cost Alternative Package
Internal review URL for Brian and Dimi. Built from the June 26-29 Dr. Shawn / SDBody emails, linked notes, and SOW sources.
Option 1 lets SD Body start with SEO/rebrand/local/AI only. No paid ads required if Alex wants to wait.
SD Body Fixed-Cost Alternative Statement of Work
Prepared by: Glow Pilots, a brand of Magister Digital AI
Prepared for: SD Body, rebranding from Hormones + Wellness by SDB
Primary contact: Dr. Shawn Vedamani
Date: July 1, 2026
Target approval window: before Dr. Shawn leaves for Europe on July 6, 2026
Valid through: July 31, 2026
1. Purpose
This fixed-cost alternative is for Dr. Shawn and Dr. Alex if they want the marketing work without a revenue-share or performance-based compensation structure.
It keeps the two decisions separate:
- Marketing growth: this SOW.
- Flowbots automation: separate lane, separate payment decision, separate invoice or agreement.
The fixed-cost path removes revenue participation. SD Body pays defined service fees, owns ad spend in its own accounts, and keeps the automation conversation separate from the marketing agreement.
2. Locations Covered
| Location | Address | Phone |
|---|---|---|
| San Diego | 1747 Hancock St., Suite C, San Diego, CA 92101 | (619) 772-0252 |
| La Jolla | 7710 Fay Ave, La Jolla, CA 92037 | (858) 401-2383 |
3. Scope of Services
3.1 Rebrand and Domain Migration
Glow Pilots will protect the move from hormonesbysdb.com to sdbody.com.
Included work:
- Map existing hormonesbysdb.com URLs to the appropriate sdbody.com destinations.
- Implement and test 301 redirects.
- Set canonical tags where needed.
- Re-verify Google Search Console and resubmit the sitemap.
- Update citations and directory listings from the old domain and brand to SD Body and sdbody.com.
- Coordinate Google Business Profile brand and domain updates for both locations.
- Monitor rankings for 60 days after migration and fix migration issues identified in that window.
Note: a rebrand can temporarily move rankings. The goal is to shorten and manage that transition, not promise that no movement will occur.
3.2 Website and Service-Page Architecture
Glow Pilots will build the site structure needed for both locations and the major service lines.
Included work:
- Website/rebrand launch build for SD Body.
- Service pages for the men's, women's, and wellness service lines.
- Location pages for San Diego and La Jolla.
- Online booking integration on relevant pages.
- Mobile-first build tested across common devices.
- 30-day post-launch defect warranty.
Initial service coverage includes, at minimum:
- Testosterone replacement therapy, low testosterone treatment, and men's hormone optimization.
- Women's hormone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, menopause and perimenopause care, and women's testosterone therapy.
- Hormone pellet therapy, injections, hair loss treatment, and broader wellness services where SD Body confirms they are offered.
3.3 Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Included work:
- Confirm and optimize the Google Business Profile for each location.
- Set categories, name, address, phone, domain, and location-page alignment.
- Clean up core local citations for both locations.
- Set up a review acquisition workflow for both locations.
- Surface review proof on the website where appropriate.
3.4 AI Search Visibility
Included work:
- Consolidate SD Body into one clear brand and domain signal.
- Add Organization, MedicalClinic, local location schema, and provider schema where confirmed.
- Build direct service explanations and FAQ content that can be cited by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar answer engines.
3.5 Authority and Links
Included work:
- Pursue focused local and medical authority opportunities.
- Prioritize quality over volume.
- Track authority work against the site migration, service-page buildout, and AI-citation goals.
3.6 Provider Authority
Included work:
- Credentialed provider bio pages or sections for confirmed providers.
- Physician/provider schema where credentials are confirmed.
- Internal linking from relevant service pages to provider authority content.
Provider details can be collected after signature and do not block sending this SOW.
3.7 Paid Media Management
Paid media is optional under the fixed-cost alternative.
If Dr. Alex wants to hold paid advertising for now because SD Body is still receiving inherited patient flow from the prior company, SD Body can start with Option 1 below and leave Google/Meta inactive until the practice approves an ad budget.
If SD Body activates paid media:
- Google Ads and Meta ad spend are paid directly by SD Body through SD Body-owned ad accounts.
- Glow Pilots manages the campaigns only for the networks selected below.
- Creative production, on-site filming, or video editing is outside this flat management fee unless separately approved.
4. Fixed-Cost Investment
4.1 One-Time Setup
| Item | Amount | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Website, rebrand, launch build, migration setup, initial architecture | $10,000 | Due at signing |
4.2 Monthly Marketing Options
| Option | Monthly fee | Includes | Pass-through costs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Option 1: SEO, local, AI visibility, and upkeep | $10,250/mo | $10,000/mo SEO/local/AI for both locations + $250/mo webmaster/upkeep. No paid ads required. | Approved third-party hard costs only |
| Option 2: Option 1 + Google Ads management | $13,250/mo | Option 1 + one paid media network at $3,000/mo | Google ad spend paid by SD Body |
| Option 3: Option 1 + Google and Meta management | $14,750/mo | Option 1 + Google at $3,000/mo + second network at $1,500/mo | Google and Meta ad spend paid by SD Body |
Paid media scaling rule: for any managed ad network, the management fee becomes 15% of that network's monthly ad spend whenever 15% is higher than the base fee for that network.
4.3 Term
- Initial term: 12 months.
- After the initial term, the engagement renews month to month unless either party gives written notice.
- Monthly fees are due at the start of each service month.
- Third-party hard costs, paid links, citations, tools, and ad spend require SD Body approval before spend is incurred.
5. Flowbots Payment Options
Flowbots is not included in this marketing SOW. It is listed here only so Dr. Shawn and Dr. Alex can see the separate automation decision.
| Flowbots option | Payment structure | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Preferred monthly payment | $5,000/mo due on the 1st | Preferred because Flowbots needs the funds at the start of the month to allocate dedicated resources. |
| Split first-month payment | $3,000 to start + $2,000 by the 15th | Only if Brian/Flowbots approves. This keeps total Flowbots pricing at $5,000/mo while easing first-month cash flow. |
| Magister pass-through bridge | Magister invoices SD Body separately for $5,000 and transfers directly to Flowbots | Use only if the parties want Magister to bridge the first Flowbots build/payment. It remains separate from this marketing SOW. |
Flowbots is automation infrastructure: follow-up, operational workflows, and AI/CRM support. Marketing is patient acquisition, search visibility, paid media, and website growth. They support each other, but they are not the same scope, invoice, or approval decision.
6. Rev-Share Lane Stays Separate
The rev-share or performance-based lane is an alternative marketing structure, not an add-on to this fixed-cost SOW.
If SD Body chooses the performance lane instead of this fixed-cost lane:
- Glow Pilots earns nothing until the practice reaches the agreed revenue threshold, currently discussed at $175,000/mo.
- The relationship rate starts at $2,500/mo per location, or $5,000/mo for both current locations.
- Paid media management is included while that performance plan is in place.
- Any fee scaling after that is set only by written agreement.
- Dr. Alex still needs to approve the revenue-based marketing economics.
If SD Body chooses this fixed-cost SOW, there is no revenue share, no upside participation, and no variable marketing compensation tied to revenue.
7. Timeline
| Phase | Timing | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-kickoff | Before July 6, 2026 if possible | Signed option, first payment, core access list started before Dr. Shawn leaves for Europe. |
| Rebrand migration | Days 0-30 | Redirect mapping/testing, GBP and citation updates, schema foundation, rank monitoring begins. |
| Content architecture | Days 31-60 | Service pages, location pages, provider authority content, internal linking. |
| Authority and local | Days 61-90 | Review workflow, local/medical authority, AI-citable FAQs and service answers. |
| Paid media | When approved | Google and/or Meta campaigns launch only when ad accounts, spend cap, landing pages, and tracking are ready. |
8. What SD Body Provides
SD Body will provide:
- Admin access to both Google Business Profiles.
- Website, hosting, DNS, and domain access for sdbody.com and hormonesbysdb.com.
- Google Search Console and Google Analytics access, or permission to create them.
- Google Ads and Meta Business Manager access if paid media is selected.
- Logo files, brand colors, existing photography, and available video.
- Provider names, titles, board certifications, credentials, and short bios for accurate medical/provider markup.

Warranty and Support

Outcomes
Glow Pilots will perform the work professionally and on schedule when access and approvals are timely. Glow Pilots does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, booking rate, revenue, or platform approval outcomes.
Healthcare and Privacy
Glow Pilots acknowledges that SD Body operates in a healthcare environment. Marketing workflows will be designed with privacy awareness. SD Body remains responsible for confirming its own HIPAA, patient-data, and healthcare advertising compliance before using patient data or claims in marketing.

SD Body Send Note
Paste-Ready Email to Dr. Shawn
Subject: SD Body fixed-cost option before July 6
Hi Shawn,
I put together the fixed-cost version so you and Alex can compare it cleanly against the performance plan before you leave on July 6.
The key point: this removes the rev-share question. Under the fixed-cost option, SD Body pays defined service fees for the website/rebrand, SEO/local/AI visibility, upkeep, and paid media management if you want ads active. No revenue share, no upside participation, and ad spend stays in your own accounts.
I also kept Flowbots separate. Brian's automation lane is its own $5,000/month decision and should stay on a separate invoice or agreement. Flowbots helps with automation and follow-up; the marketing SOW is for patient acquisition, search visibility, the SD Body rebrand, paid media, and the website.
The fixed-cost options are:
- SEO/local/AI + upkeep: $10,250/month + $10,000 setup. This can start without paid ads if Alex wants to hold Google/Meta until the inherited patient flow settles.
- Add Google Ads management: $13,250/month + $10,000 setup + ad spend.
- Add Google and Meta management: $14,750/month + $10,000 setup + ad spend.
The performance plan is still available if you and Alex prefer to protect cash flow now: no marketing fee until the practice reaches the agreed revenue threshold, then the relationship rate starts. But if Alex wants a cleaner structure, the fixed-cost version is the straightforward alternative.
Brian can walk through Flowbots with you separately, and I can walk through the marketing SOW so we can get the decision made before your trip.
Dimitry
Brian / Dimi Talking Track
There are two separate buying decisions:
1. Flowbots is automation and follow-up infrastructure. Brian owns that lane. It is roughly $5,000/month and should be approved separately.
2. Marketing is the growth lane. Dimi owns that lane. SD Body can choose either the performance structure or the fixed-cost structure.
If Alex does not want revenue share, use the fixed-cost SOW. If Shawn wants to protect cash while they climb from about $125,000/month toward $175,000/month, keep the performance plan in play.
If Alex's objection is paid marketing itself, lead with Option 1. That preserves the rebrand, SEO, local, and AI-search work without forcing Google or Meta ads now.
Do not blend the two lanes. The clean line is: Flowbots converts and follows up with demand; marketing creates and captures more demand.

Facts Carried Into the Package
- Dr. Shawn leaves for Europe on July 6, 2026.
- SD Body has two locations: San Diego and La Jolla.
- Current revenue discussed: about $125,000/month.
- Target discussed: about $175,000/month by September.
- Business is currently cash-flow negative.
- Dr. Alex is the approval friction for revenue-share economics.
- Dr. Alex also questions whether paid marketing is needed yet because Shawn is inheriting patients from the prior company.
- Shawn agrees they still need marketing on top of the inherited patient flow.
- Shawn canceled/rescheduled again, but the note says the key decisions were already made and the full write-up/SOW/process had been sent.
- Brian owns Flowbots/automation; Dimi owns marketing.
- Flowbots should remain separate so Shawn does not blur automation and marketing.
- Flowbots is about $5,000/month and should ideally be paid on the 1st.
- If needed, Magister can invoice the separate $5,000 Flowbots build and transfer directly to Flowbots.
- Fixed-cost marketing uses the live virtual SOW rates:
- SEO/local/AI for both locations: $10,000/month.
- Website build value: $10,000 one-time.
- Webmaster/upkeep: $250/month.
- Paid media: $3,000/month per network, second network 50% off, with 15% of spend replacing base fee when higher.
- The fixed-cost offer should let SD Body start without paid ads if Alex resists paid marketing right now.
Sending Blockers Only
1. Brian must confirm the Flowbots payment option before the Flowbots line is shown as selectable: $5,000 due on the 1st, split first-month payment, or Magister pass-through bridge.
2. Dimi/Mike must confirm the sending entity/signature line: Glow Pilots only, Magister Digital AI only, or Glow Pilots as a brand of Magister Digital AI.
3. Dimi must confirm whether the fixed-cost option is standard-rate only, or whether he wants a temporary relationship discount shown in writing.
Not Blocking Send
- Provider bios, credentials, and physician-assistant details can be collected after signature.
- Ads can be left inactive until SD Body approves ad spend caps and ad account access.
- Final website assets, photography, and brand files can be collected during kickoff.
- Rev-share legal/compliance review remains relevant if they choose the performance lane, but this fixed-cost SOW is designed to avoid revenue-share compensation.
